Jessy and Katie Biggins of Biggins Cattle Company are raising kids and cattle on the beautiful and expansive South Dakota prairie. I had the opportunity to meet Jessy at the Edgar Brothers sale earlier this winter, and I just knew I had to have the Biggins family on the show! 

Each year, they invite hundreds of pheasant hunters to the ranch, and it’s opened up an opportunity to sell their ranch-raised beef all across the country.
